JOB SUMMARY
  • The Foundation Coordinator's primary responsibility is the strategic execution and management of a comprehensive Foundation support program, including the coordination and oversight of supporting initiatives in the areas of development services, and donor relations. This includes but is not limited to: Supporting the planning and execution of special events annually. Work with community leaders and volunteers to identify and solicit sponsorships for Foundation events. Work with Marketing and other vendors to ensure the accuracy of print materials. Assist with providing event statistics, including reports, charts, and tables when appropriate. Maintain an updated calendar of all events and provide details as required. Manage third-party and Cause Marketing events and serve as liaison to the planning organization, assisting the third party in the navigation of policies, and expectations, Assist with all event logistics. Work with the Philanthropy Officers and the President & Chief Fundraising Officer to identify prospective major gift donors. Assist the Philanthropy Officers and President & Chief Fundraising Officer with the coordination of donor cultivation visits. Assist with data entry and ensure accurate data input. Assist with donor acknowledgment. Assist with donor stewardship and recognition. Assist Philanthropy Officer with PEACH logistics. Assist Philanthropy Officer with Corporate Partner acquisition and logistics, including agreement fulfillment, development, and retention of Corporate Partner relationships. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision, and values of Phoebe.   • Demonstrates competency at all levels in providing care to all patients based on age, sex, weight, and demonstrated needs. For non-clinical areas, has attended training and demonstrates usage of age- specific customer service skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • General environment: Works in a well-lighted, air-conditioned area, with moderate noise levels.
  • May be required to change from one task to another of different nature without loss of efficiency or composure.
  • Periods of high stress and fluctuating workloads may occur.
  • Long-distance or air travel as needed - not to exceed 10% travel.


Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree; In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree; an Associate Degree and a Minimum of 4 years additional relevant experience is acceptable. (Required)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • 4+ years events management and progressively responsible fundraising experience (Required)
  • 1+ raisers edge experience (Preferred)
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURES
  • Preferred Certifications/Licensures: Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE)
