JOB SUMMARY
Provide quality service to customers through good communication and customer service skills. Provide various data entry services for the department. Assist supervisor in all aspects of providing quality service and products to customers and perform in a wide range of department customer service duties in support of Materials Management.

SUPPORT:
- Assist Corporate Manager of Logistics in all aspects of providing quality service .
- Attends huddles, staff meetings, and departmental meetings in the absence of the Distribution Manager.
- Communicates supply concerns to the Distribution Manager or Buyer to ensure product order and delivery.
- Assist Materials Handlers in prioritizing supply deliveries.
- Assists Manager in scheduling staff and fill in when staff is short including the daily operation of the distribution area.
- Investigates and resolves problems related to processing, storage, and delivery of supplies.
DAILY OPERATIONS:
- Assist Manager in all aspects of providing quality service .

- Files paperwork according to departmental guidelines
- Audits delivery tickets to ensure legible signatures are obtained.
TEAM BUILDING/EDUCATION:
- Assist Distribution Manager in team building and education
- Helps to create an environment that promotes teamwork and is a visible team player within the department.
- Assists in education and training new hires or existing staff.
DISTRIBUTION TL RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Assist in overall operations of the Supply Distribution Team.
- Assist in the training and supervision of the Supply Distribution team to provide accurate receipt, documentation, and records of inbound and outbound supplies.
- Assist in managing the Supply Distribution team to efficiently maintain inventory and replenish supplies throughout the facility.
- Supervises all activities to include accountability for all receipts, internal destination, management of returns and outbound shipments.
- Assists customer with supply storage and replenishment activities to include stock levels and replenishment.

- •Demonstrates competency at all levels in providing care to all patients based on age, sex, weight, and demonstrated needs. For non-clinical areas, has attended training and demonstrates usage of age- specific customer service skills.
- •Wears protective clothing and equipment as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED - Required
- Vocational/Technical Degree - Preferred
Experience:
- 1 years - Experience in warehouse, Storeroom, Inventory Management, Shipping and Receiving, and Customer Service - Preferred
Licenses, Certifications and Required Training
- Certified Warehousing and Distribution Specialist - Preferred
