Phoebe Putney Health System, in historic Albany, Georgia, is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the system Human Resources team. Phoebe is the largest health system in southwest Georgia with an impressive growth record. This opportunity allows you to collaborate with senior system leadership including the CFO, COO and CHRO.

JOB SUMMARY

  • The Senior Total Rewards Analyst leads Phoebe Putney Health System in all initiatives in the area of compensation and benefits while ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal laws. Will supervise systems required to achieve goals; review, recommend, and implement policies and procedures, assist with implementing the compensation and benefits strategy, and coordinate all programs and policies support and enhance the Hospitals ability to attract, retain, develop, and engage employees and their contribution to achievement of our mission.


GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Maintains current knowledge in present areas of responsibility (i.e., self education, attends ongoing educational programs)
  • Attends staff meetings and completes mandatory in-services and requirements and competency evaluations on time.


WORKING CONDITIONS

  • General environment: Works in a well-lighted, air-conditioned area, with moderate noise levels.
  • Periods of high stress and fluctuating workloads may occur.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Accounting or Relevant field of study (Required)
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field of study (Preferred)

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • 5 years of compensation or benefits administration experience (Required)

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURES
  • Preferred Certifications/Licensures: CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
