Director, Practice Operations

Job Summary

Responsible for the operations and management of Heart & Vascular service line to include Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Electrophysiology, and Vascular Services within Phoebe Physician Group. Budget, staff development, clinic operations, people management, strategic planning, service line growth, and physician relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business or related field (Required)

Experience

• 3 or more years of leadership experience in corporate setting (healthcare preferred) (Required)
• 1 or more years of marketing strategy experience (Required)
• 1 or more years of acute healthcare experience (Required)
• 1 or more years of demonstrated experience in personnel management and conflict resolution (Required)

Licenses and Certifications

• Fellow of American College of Healthcare Executives or Certified Medical Professional Executive (CMPE) (Preferred)
