• $326K base salary with up to $50K bonus incentives
• 180 hours/15 shifts per month; $200/hr for moonlighting shifts over 180 hours
• $25K Sign-on bonus, Paid Malpractice, CME and Relocation allowance

Qualifications

Doctorate Degree in Medicine (Required)

Work Experience

• 0 - 1 year Experience in a related field (Preferred)

Licenses and Certifications

• Board certification or Board eligibility as defined by: medical staff at the health system facility where you are working, per employment/IC agreement, managed care plans, and other entities that credential Phoebe providers.
