What is the Living
& Learning Community?
The Phoebe Living & Learning Community is a supportive housing and learning environment designed for Albany Technical College students beginning their careers at Phoebe. Located on Phoebe’s main campus in Albany, the community brings together housing, learning resources, and peer connection to help ease the transition from school to practice.
In partnership with Albany Technical College, this 130,000 square-foot medical education and housing complex includes innovative learning spaces, 80 fully furnished apartments, and common areas designed to foster camaraderie and collaboration.
