Organizational Development Coach

Description

  • Coordinate the training and leadership development process for the organization to establish the core and system-wide competencies and the development of staff and current and future leaders for the organization. Coordinate education processes for health system leaders and staff, including determining the needs, designing and teaching classes to address those needs, engaging in administrative activities to track learning and retention, and ensuring the personal and professional growth of staff. Actively searches, creatively designs, and implements effective methods to educate, enhance, and recognize performance. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision, and values of Phoebe. Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • 4-year / Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Training, or Healthcare Science (Required)
  • Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Training, or Healthcare Management (Preferred)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • 3 - 4 years Experience in Organizational Development/Leadership Development, or Education (Required)
  • 3 - 4 years of previous experience in developing and implementing a strategic approach to leadership and employee development (Required)
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURES
  • Preferred Certifications/Licensures: Department Specific Certifications may be required.
