Administrative
Phoebe’s administrative staff supports the patients, clinical staff and leaders to ensure a great experience. The staff works in a variety of settings throughout the health system. Medical Center Representatives in the clinics and Patient Access Specialists in the hospitals provide patients and their families with a seamless registration experience. The Unit Secretary supports the nurses and providers on patient care units. Staffing Clerks communicate with the nursing leaders to ensure we can take the best care of our patients. Phoebe’s Care Command Center, the only facility of its kind in Georgia, provides support to monitor and manage the patient occupancy of our hospitals. Environmental Services and Housekeeping
We pride ourselves on keeping our hospital rooms, clinical settings, common areas and buildings clean and safe, while working with a smile and sense of teamwork. Facilities Technician
In this role, you’ll offer support to hospital staff, patients and visitors, while learning about different systems including HVAC, hot and chilled water loops, water and steam boilers and emergency backup power systems. This is a great opportunity to gain experience, collaborate and build practical knowledge that can be applied to many different areas. Most jobs are indoors, and travel between facilities is limited. We also offer a career path from tech to lead to manager, each with new challenges and multiple levels of knowledge, training and advancement potential.

Food and Nutrition
Phoebe partners with Aramark to provide Food and Nutrition services to our patients, guests and employees. We serve about two million meals a year in a variety of venues throughout our healthcare system. Our food operations include patient room service, retail cafeterias, coffee bars, bistros and catering. In addition, we have a progressive, clinical nutrition team of 25+ Registered Dietitians. Patient Transport
As a valued member of our Patient Transport team, you will move patients and their equipment from one place to another in our hospital. You will be vital to timely and safe patient flow, ensuring that patients arrive to the right destination at the right time. In 2020, our Central Transporters moved over 85,000 patients. This key role requires you to be a multi-tasker, problem-solver and, most of all, caretaker. Many Transporters talk to patients about current events, their life and their families — and sometimes they are there just to give an encouraging word or to listen. You’ll find personal satisfaction as you show patience and kindness while creating a positive experience in the most vulnerable time in a patient’s life.
Security
Whether you’re a night owl or prefer working during the day, there’s an opportunity for your great customer service ability in security at Phoebe. Some posts are stationary while others require being on patrol. Some are filled with daytime activity and bustle, while nighttime shifts can offer quiet, peaceful hours. Because we offer a variety of flexible shift options, this can be an excellent part-time job. This role keeps you sharp, enhances your observation skills and offers training for emergency situations, including fire prevention and first aid.
