JOB SUMMARY
- The CMN and Development Coordinator will organize and implement fundraising events and awareness campaigns supporting children's services and other service lines within Phoebe Putney Health System. Strong communication, organizational and budget planning skills, and understanding of technology and social media platforms a must. Other vital skill sets include planning ability, creativity, analytical/strategic thinking and successful interpersonal skills. The employee is responsible for developing, planning and implementing a comprehensive regional Employee Giving program that will increase participation and financial support to Phoebe Foundation's employee giving program, PEACH. Employee will work with employee giving committees at each campus to coordinate marketing materials, videos, incentive gifts, presentations and stewardship of donors. This role will also include the management of other employee giving initiatives, such as Philanthropy is in Our Jeans.
- Adheres to the hospital and departmental attendance and punctuality guidelines
- Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission and vision of the organization
- Performs other duties as required and completes all job functions as per departmental policies and procedures
- Maintains current knowledge in present areas of responsibility (i.e., self education, attends ongoing educational programs)
- Attends staff meetings and completes mandatory in-services and requirements and competency evaluations on time.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia Driver's License and meet auto insurability requirements as approved by Phoebe Putney Health System's insurance company.
- Must have a reliable vehicle to cover Phoebe's 16-county Children's Miracle Network designated market area.
- General environment: Works in a well-lighted, air-conditioned area, with moderate noise levels.
- May be required to change from one task to another of different nature without loss of efficiency or composure.
- Periods of high stress and fluctuating workloads may occur.
- Long-distance or air travel as needed - not to exceed 10% travel.
- May be scheduled as needed including overtime
Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Journalism or related field (Required)
- 3 - 4 years Fundraising (Required)
- No Certifications are Required or Preferred
