Job Summary
The LPN provides professional nursing care for assigned patients. This nurse works under the direct supervision of an RN to collaborate in utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Provides age specific care as appropriate to area assigned. The LPN is responsible for maintaining the standards of practice; complying with established policy and procedure; managing supplies and equipment; and promoting collaboration with medical and other staff. The LPN will participate in supporting the facility's mission statement, achieving customer satisfaction, and identifying system problems as opportunities for improvement. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision, and values of Phoebe. Working Conditions

Qualifications
Education Requirements
- Vocational / Technical Degree in Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing. (Required)
- 1 - 2 years Practical Nursing Experience(Preferred)
