- Georgia residents considered for remote work.
- Plan, implement, and manage the compensation practices and policies for the health system. Administers the organization's compensation programs, which include wage and salary plans, incentive, and executive compensation plans. Evaluates the organizations jobs, documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions. Contributes organizational data to, and analyzes results of, compensation surveys. Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organizations pay programs. Participates in annual salary administration programs, including salary structure creation and maintenance and development of incentive or salary increase budgets. Participates in administration of annual performance management, incentive, or salary increase programs. This position is responsible for coordinating the daily activities related to the administration of the organizational compensation processes, practices and protocols. This position is responsible for monitoring of compensation trends in the labor market and recommending modifications to current compensation programs to meet Phoebe's objectives and needs. Will perform work under minimal supervision and will handle complex issues and problems.

- May be required to change from one task to another of different nature without loss of efficiency or composure.
- Periods of high stress and fluctuating workloads may occur.
- May be scheduled as needed including overtime
Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Business Management
- 4+ years of Compensation Analyst Experience
- 2+ years of experience running complex analysis via excel, including trending and forecasting
- 4+ years of experience performing market and equity analysis
- Preferred Certifications/Licensures: Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
- Preferred Certifications/Licensures: CCP Certification
