Description

  • Serves as a strategic partner to attract and recruit qualified and culturally fit candidates, supports the business needs of organization by executing people strategies associated with talent acquisition and retention. The recruiter maintains strong relationships with their internal client providing consultative support and expertise. The recruiter is responsible for exhibiting service excellence throughout the full recruitment cycle. Job advertising, candidate sourcing, candidate assessment, interview facilitation, offer negotiation, relationship building skills are required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • 1 years Demonstrated success in recruiting and sourcing, preferably in a healthcare setting. (Required)
  • 1 year Experience using recruitment technologies such as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & social media LinkedIn. (Required)
  • 1 year Experience providing high levels of customer service (Required)
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURES
  • Preferred Certifications/Licensures: PHR, SHRM-CP, RACR, AIRS Certified Recruiter
