Director Physician Practice Operations

Phoebe Putney Physician Group in Albany Georgia is hiring an innovative leader for our Clinic Practice Operations. Are you looking for an amazing opportunity to help advance Clinic Operations for a growing community health practice? This position supports multiple clinic sites. The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:

Budget, staff development, clinic operations, people management, strategic planning, service line growth, physician relations. This position will oversee Wound Care, Anesthesiology, Interventional Radiology, Neonatology, Pediatrics and additional areas as needed

Education -

• Bachelors in Healthcare Administration or related field (required)
• MHA or MBA is preferred
• 4 years experience in acute clinic environment
• 2 years of progressive management experience in a clinic setting
• Strong people interaction, people management, conflict resolution and staff development skills
• CMPE or FACHE certification is preferred
